It's such a great environment and change of pace from traditional physical therapy. 1:1 the entire time, she really pushed me on all the little details, range of motion, etc... stuff that wasn't the case at a traditional practice where the doctor is seeing 3 patients all in the same hour. Definitely would recommend, especially if you are an athlete or into weight training. Working with her at the gym meant I got to actually work on the lifts and things causing me pain. And to top it all off, she's pretty cool and we had a lot of good conversation. A+"
