"I booked a grooming appointment for 8 AM, which is the earliest in the day appointments are made. The store itself does not open until 9 AM, so the groomers are supposed to let you in. However, whoever had the keys was late, so my dog and I waited for half an hour outside, along with one of the groomers who did not have a key. After 30 minutes, my dog and I left extremely disappointed. This occurred on Dec. 13, 2023. Caution to all, if you book an appointment before the main store opens, you cannot be assured that anyone will actually be there to let you in."
