"The offices are a clean and quiet environment. Parking is always available. The waiting area is clean and inviting with a charging station available. The staff has been great and efficient. Dr. Glass is extremely intelligent and understanding. Not a man of many words but I'm not there to socialize either, so it's a good fit for me."
"I used to go to here for Therapy and Psychotherapy. After a breakdown my therapist increased the price of my appointments to a rate I couldnt afford, ostensibly dropping me a client with no explination after I had come to rely on her. The Dr I saw for diagnosis was reliable and well learned, but not up to date on new medication and science. He perscribed me a anti depressant, that worked, but was proven to be toxic at levels I took. My final statement is I just called them on accident, trying to call my new doctor. The woman at the front desk told me that doctor didnt work there, and I apologized and said I must have called the wrong number. She only said, 'Mhhmm' and hung up on me. Unacceptable. There is a much healthier and well managed practice down the road."
"A client-therapist relationship must be based on trust and support for the therapeutic process to be constructive, and after my experience with this office I strongly urge others to look elsewhere. It is clear that this office is not concerned with the well-being of their patients. I contacted this office because I am a YMCA member and it was advertised to me that this office offered pro-bono services to YMCA members. After making the appointment a few weeks in advance, I was contacted only a few days before the appointment and notified that my appointment had been cancelled because they only offered couples services... I was very clear when I made the appointment that I wanted couples therapy, but when I explained that to them again they said they had already filled the slot and could not reschedule me. It's obvious that they only wanted to fill the slot with a customer paying full price. I just wish they would have just told me up front that they did not want to do pro bono services anymore, because now it will be even longer before I can get the help I need."
"Terrible, terrible, and rude. Don't go here unless you want to be insulted from the start. I came in in a panic after a horrible episode and was desperate to get help before I nailed someone in the head with a chainsaw. The secretary woman saw how frazzled I was and said, "What *exactly* is the matter with you?" Nevermind doctor-patient confidentiality, I politely told her I was not about to disclose that information to a not-a-doctor receptionist... At that point, she said I probably couldn't afford payment. I scoffed and left before I did something awful to her. This place is a joke. They hire jokes."
