This is not customer service. I get lots of packages and when it’s UPS or other independent carrier they ring the doorbell and are there when you get there with the large and multipackages. FedEx has a major customer service problem."

"The delivery people are great, where you get into a bind is trying to get the 800# agents to document the correct info or instructions for the facility. Oh, forget about trying to speak to someone at the facility they wont let that happen. Next keep yourself occupied while you're on hold for over 20 minutes while they communicate with each other over your package! Then the promise for a call back that doesn't happen and your shipment is back on a truck, headed to ????? lala land. If you dont get you shipment on time the first time, be prepared to dig for hidden treasure to find it."
