"It’s small version from what I’ve seen in other cities. Limited menu also. Pleasant enough. I get the oatmeal and it is ok, nothing special. The coffee bar has few flavors and they do have almond milk."

"Disaster at every level! Bakers, after a month, still cannot make bagels. The bagels are too thin, hard, and lack the appeal of what they should look like. See the cinnamon crunch bagel pics. Ordering online is a nightmare. I ordered bagels online and got the email my order was ready. I went to the store for pickup and was told they ran out. The manager said to avoid this in the future to call ahead and have someone put them aside for me. Seems insane to get an email stating they are ready and then not be but, OK. Next day I called to have them put aside. I was told to come in to the store and tell them they were placed aside over the phone. I asked if they wanted my name and was told they didn't need it. My wife went in later and there were no bagels put aside. I spoke on the phone to an out of town manager (Jade?) and she assured me this would be fixed, that she was going to retrain the managers that night. She also promised me that if I came the next day, she would have bagels and cream cheese put aside for me. I went the next day and the manager from day 1 was there. Jade apparently didn't retrain anyone or keep her promise as there were no bagels put aside. Luckily they had a minimal amount remaining so I was able to get some. 3 days to get bagels... And lackluster ones at that. Place needs a demo and start over."

"This was our first visit to Panera Bread, and might be our last, but my hubby still has a Christmas gift card to redeem there, so we will likely have to return to redeem it. Anyway, my daughter and I were really looking forward to the visit. Well, the food was decent, not fabulous, but what really stands out is the wrecked service! Horrible service! The cashier was rude! She was not nice at all. She was yelling at customers to move to the other side of the cash register bellowing that the right side of the register is for ordering. How are we newbies supposed to know that? Now, I was willing to give Panera a break because they are relatively new, and perhaps are going through some growing pains, but there were no excuses. It was loud, workers were yelling, the door was constantly being opened and slammed. Whataburger is quieter! The restaurant was also quite filthy! The tables were never wiped down, the floors were wet where the fountain drinks had spilled, and my salad had humongous chunks of white lettuce, and the avocado was brown in certain spots. My daughter’s sandwich was good, but she said that the bacon was tough to chew! I was very dissatisfied and very disappointed. 1/5."

"I've been waiting for years to have a Panera in El Paso. I was really excited to have this open recently and decided to go on a weekday. Lo and behold, the machines kept giving errors (because they were out of stock) but it did not indicate what had run out. The line was out the door and moved at a snail's pace. Waited close to an hour for food... The floors are dirty and there is litter and trash everywhere. The dishes are piling up and the staff appear clueless and could care less. So much wasted potential and disappointing all the pent up demand. A sign of poor management."

"The food is the exact taste and quality that STL started all those years ago. I got the onion soup and the chipotle chicken sandwich. I did place my order to go on the app for “pick up inside”. It was simple process, well lit, and easy to find the pick up location when you walk in. This being a new location, only open a few days. I expected to be thanked or greeted, but the team members seemed to be more interested in speaking to one another than to guest as they continued to walk in. Hopefully these small adjustments can be made soon to make “new to El Paso” become well acquainted with the fabulous customer service and food Panera bread has to offer."
