"first timer for grooming pup she comes out looking good but now my pup cries when u touch her , shes never had an issue until i got home an realized tht she screams when we touch her . nit sure wht to really think but im sure someone did something to my dog now she’s traumatized. she always was a active pup n have never had an issue until now . 1 star for the cut make sure to monitor who touches an does cuts for the dogs . Shes not the same"

"I love this place! I only ever go to the pet store side, they have great prices on hay for small animals (guinea pigs) and a decent selection of dog treats that aren't just a bunch of chemicals thrown together. I've never had an issue with the staff being rude, they just don't seem too excited to be there sometimes, but they are younger so I can't necessarily complain. I can't say anything about the grooming side, I've personally never used them. However I do have a few friends that swear by them, and they are the only groomers they'll go to."

"Hard to review this place. The dog grooming earns a solid one star at best. Very rude and horrible grooming. The feed store and employees have been great over the years. I’ll keep buying fertilizer and plants there, but fired the groomer."

"I feel absolutely HORRIBLE! I recommend this place to a coworker/ friend, I have taking my fur babies here for a couple years. My friend was out of the country for about 4/ months so his babies where a bit matted .. they clipped their nails way to short causing discomfort. My Friend gave them a second chance. He dropped them off at 9:30 am around 4 pm when they finally called to say they were ready, little did he know his fur baby had been hurt. No phone call with any explanation. He even paid and tipped them. I then called up on his behalf, no one has ever called the owner/ or myself back. Any advice on what to do from here? The Vet took one look and sad they tried to glue the cut back together.. Here’s the pictures of the damage . I’m now in search of a new groomer.."

"I love this place. Georgie is an uncomfortable dog around people. They do a great job managing him. Jessica is absolutely fabulous. 10 stars if i could."
