"This place is a waste of time. Waited 30 minutes and no one ever came. I called and they said I didn’t fill out the paperwork that’s why I couldn’t see the therapist, that by the way wasn’t in the office to begin with. Don’t go here, it’s very unprofessional and disorganized."

"The owner is really crazy. My therapy session wasn't that good so I only had one. Right after that a charge kept trying to hit my account over and over - in fact 9 times over the next week (I didn't know where it was coming from though). Then I got a call from this owner Jenny and apparently there has been some confusion with my insurance. It was simple and could easily be solved with a brief call from me which I told her I'd do. She then demanded I do it immediately and started making threats that it she was sending it to collections. This is a WEEK AND A HALF after my appt! I have $0 co-pay and insurance through my work for years - which I'm having no problem with another therapist. I was completely cooperative in this instance with calling my insurance. But after that crazy call I want nothing to do with this company! I can't believe they kept trying to take $250 from me without notifying me. Very unethical & bad business model. BE CAREFUL!! This lady is very rude and nuts!! She tried to hit my account 4 times in the 5 minutes after my call. It's so weird to be acting that way after a simple confusion. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'd give them zero stars if I could."
