"I have used Brent services for over 20 years and he is the one person I trusts with players I train. I have never seen anyone that can do what he do!"
"Great place! Jeff has helped me tremendously! By far the best physical therapy I have ever received"
"I have been a client for cryo therapy at North Star Manual Therapy for over a year. I definitely feel better after each session. The staff, (Matthias, Denise and Mindy) are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend cryo therapy - even on a cold winter day (that was today!)"
"Sales staff claims cryo does a number of things that it does not. You will not lose weight, your skin won't tighten, it definitely doesn't help with depression or anxiety. Plus many more misleading and untrue claims. Cryotherapy has proven to be nothing more than a glorified ice bath. It ***might*** help with sore muscles and things of that nature. Don't get me started on the marketing for this place. The emails and instagram are written with the literacy of a 8yr old & filled with stock photos pulled off of Google ."
"Purchased the first time Cryotherapy package via the MindBody app. (You can ring and book appointments too) The Cryo Team are super friendly and will walk you through the process, which basically consists of stripping down to your underwear and wearing protective socks and gloves. A robe or towel is given to you to wear prior to getting into the machine and handed back to the operator before the process begins. Liquid Nitrogen is pumped in the chamber below neck height and the cooling process begins. It feel's really nice around -70f, but as you start reaching the -100's you realize this is going to get COLD! At -220f I felt like I've walked to the north pole and forgot to put on clothes. At no point was this painful, just bitterly cold. Before you know it the 3 mins are up and you're stepping out in the warm again. I experienced a massive rush of energy, liked I had just been born again, I was wide awake and all my nerves were tingling like they were firing up for the first time. I've been in back/leg pain for 5 years now and although I don't feel that much different today, it was nice to have the sensation of feeling back in my legs. I don't expect one session to cure me of all my pain, but I do feel better for doing it and I will definitely book some more sessions."
