"Used to be my favorite shop . But lately it’s gone downhill fast. Every time I go in now it’s another “ reason “ on why they have next to no products anymore. Hard to support small businesses when they clearly do not care about their customers what so ever. Kinda just waiting on them to randomly shut their doors permanently. Extremely disappointed"

"The woman that works there is incredibly rude. Called to see about a product and she claimed to know a lot about it. Came in and bought the coil she said would work. It didn’t. Tried to return it or exchange it, she said I couldn’t get a refund but I could exchange it. The other coil she gave to me didn’t work either. So honestly go somewhere else in town because they’re temper over the phone when I explained that the second one didn’t work either was unbearable."
