"Arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment, did the pre check in, and all paperwork needed prior to my appointment. I checked in at the front office and was told the MD would be out shortly. (I specifically scheduled an IN PERSON appointment for my initial appointment/consult). I arrived to my appointment early, checked in, waited for a bit (as I was early), then was told the MD I was seeing was not in office- all about 10 minutes prior to my appointment. The secretary said that I was contacted the morning of my appointment, but I have no missed calls or voicemails from the practice, and definitely none today. No missed text messages or emails either. I confirmed my phone number on file with the receptionist and informed them I had no missed calls or voicemails today. The receptionist said that a call was documented this morning. No calls or voicemails from them on my end though... weird! The receptionist then said my appointment would take place over zoom, and sent me the login for the zoom meeting. I then sat for 10 minutes in the zoom waiting room, then asked the receptionist if the MD would be joining the call. She confirmed with the MD that he was ready for the session, but did not see me in the waiting room. I then used the zoom meeting ID that the MD provided to me. I waited for another minute- at this time it was 4:15 and it seemed I was not going to have my appointment. The secretary was apologetic and told me the MD was at home quarantining due to Covid. I'm not one to complain but it seems there are major issues going on at this clinic. No communication between practice, patients, and staff. False documentation, as in the practice telling me they tried to contact me, is a red flag. if someone made a mistake, that's fine, but at least be truthful about it. I'm annoyed that I wasted my time but relieved this came up and I was shown the problems with this clinic up front. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience."

"If I could give the staff at MHS less than one star I absolutely would. The doctors and staff at MHS truly wasted my time! Any person seeking mental health services knows how difficult it is to even book an appointment with a psychiatrist. I called back in September to book an appointment with Dr.Porche and she canceled on me three times! The first cancellation came with no explanation and a faraway date. For the SECOND cancellation, the staff belatedly informed me she would be on leave and was only accepting telehealth appointments (something they never mentioned initially) and I rescheduled without issue. And then today, THE DAY BEFORE my third rescheduled appointment, they canceled again. And I am fairly certain every time they called me or I called them it was never the same person I was speaking to (shout-out to the young lady who butchered my name this afternoon). All this time I wasted I could have found a different practice to book with. But I heard such good things about Dr. Porche that I kept trying to make things work. Inconsiderate, incompetent and unprofessional. Do not waste your time."

The TMS has also made an impact on my anxiety levels which I am very happy about.
