"I wished i was told that i wasnt a good candidate before my mom paid the Assesment which is 295$ NON refundable & doesnt guarrante acceptance to their program i was just told i need to complete a Partial Hospitalization before hand.If you have active trauma,PTSD, eating disorders ,subtance abuse, etc not for you. I give 2 stars because i did feel safe & both mykaela & Megan where kind."

"Offer you hope take your money and then not willing to offer the most vulnerable of young adults a placement. No refund only the chance to retest at an extra cost and they say they want to help you. Be careful they are not fully transparent. Places like this should be held to blame for teenage suicide and need stricter rules to be able to assess the vulnerable and then reject them."

"Therapy program is pretty good. Quality of therapists varies widely, however, so do research before you accept assignment of a therapaist. Some appear very inexperienced. Also, be very careful and do not pay full amount of therapy up front. I have received several thousands of dollars of reimburesement from my insurance company after paying the full amount up front and I have still not been able to get reimbursement from Lovett even though I have competed the program several weeks ago. It is impossible to even get a straight answer from their administration department."

"I have a very insightful therapist (Jackie Perin) who has made more progress with me in 3 sessions than my previous therapist did in 6 months. The building is beautiful, the experience is high-class, and the sessions are affordable without insurance. I only occasionally have issues with finding parking in their dedicated lot, but there is plenty of free street parking and a complimentary valet service during busier hours."
