"Took my 5 year old granddaughter to get her ears pierced today. She had been so excited to get her PURPLE EARRINGS. Well they did the first ear and the gun malfunctioned and got stuck on her ear. Which was very painful to get off. Sweet girl was scared and in pain. When it was finally off, it wasn’t purple it was blue! Which was very upsetting to her. It took almost a hour to calm her down enough to even get the other ear done. Then the wrong one had to be taken out while her mother and I had to more or less hold her down. The whole experience was traumatic for all of us. Never should have happened that way. And the store should have done something more to make it right. I will not be taking any more granddaughters there. And will never spend another dime in that store or any other locations."
