"I don't know who that big woman is but I ain't letting her touch my hair. I wasn't even in her seat for 5 minutes before I changed my mind. My hair goes past my shoulders and she told me that if she were to cut off an inch and a half (like I wanted) that she wouldn't be able to do layers. Excuse me? I've had my haircut way shorter than that and had people be able to execute giving me simple layers. She had a horrible attitude with me from the start."
"If I can give a zero star I will. They charged us so much but the quality of work that we received from them was very poor. Simple toddler haircut cost us $20. They did a simple haircut to us but there are parts of our hair that are uneven, we still have to fix it by ourselves. We'll never go back!"

She made some great suggestions and took her time. It was the best experience I've had in a long time. I would recommend her to everyone."
