"This place has been incredible for our family! They walked with us through an extremely difficult time of almost a year for one of our children. "First, they only take cash and expensive insurance, which should be a red flag that they don't care about people who have mental health issues and probably not holding down jobs, or were foster kids abused. So, they if you pay cash, they place you with another therapist whom just plays board games with your child for weeks and weeks. Then when your child has a 101° fever, and two other people at home are sick and you need to go to the doctor to get tested for COVID, they will charge you a late cancelation fee because you called when they opened on Monday morning for your 4:30 appointment. It would be nice to find a clinical service provider that cared more about people, then about money and don't treat you like you're lying to them. Life is stressful as a foster parent whose adopted numerous kiddos with sevre trauma, and it would be less stressful to find the mental health treatments that are effective to individuals and affordable. In good faith, I can't keep taking my daughter to a place more concerned about money then the fact she's a person. Sad to part ways but it happens."
