"They only care about money and not the well-being of patients. I have been coming here for a while, always on time and prompt with completing any paperwork. I had an emergency last minute with my pet and had to reschedule the appointment. I usually do in-person and this appointment was telehealth. I didn't get any reminders about the appointment like I usually do and it slipped my mind considering everything I had going on. They immediately charged the $75 no-show fee. When I called asking if it could be waived as a one-time courtesy or even used as a credit for future appointments, I was not shown any compassion or understanding and instead given a "this is how it is" attitude. I get it's policy, but considering I usually pay $20 through insurance for appointments, this set me back financially and they just don't care. But of course when I asked to have future appointments canceled indefinitely, they wasted no time completing that. It's practices like this that deter people from getting help they need. DO BETTER!"

"A month ago I wrote them again, because they were giving appointments for over a month later for face to face. After I wrote it, they called me and gave us appointment for Dec. 20th. Today they called to cancel the appointment and told us to come on Jan. 5th. They are trying to push you to get virtual appointments, I told them it is our first time and we do not want it. They told me to look for another place :) like I need advice for this. This is unprofessional, disrespectful attitude toward to patience who is trying to get mental wellness from them. Please be aware. Listen them and find another place in the begining."
