I have brought my children here and the staff was very friendly I didn’t feel like just a number or like they didn’t care. "Recently I was there yesterday for my daughter's 1 year wellness check up. While in the room waiting for the Dr, I had to use the restroom. I hate to be personal about health issues but I have severe IBS and I cannot help when my stomach wants to process quickly and randomly! I try to use the restroom at home before I leave anywhere! Sadly, after I got out of the restroom at the woman's health center I saw the young ladies behind the desk, I think they were the medical assistants or the receptionists. A few were wearing scrubs and some were not. They were making rude coughing gagging sounds and I heard them making lysol jokes behind me. As if they think I didn't hear them. But I did. I saw them make eye contact with me and look at each other. Holding their nose. I felt nasty for being a human in that clinic. I hate to leave a bad review but this shocked me from your clinic. It was like I was in high school again! Almost a triggering moment for me. I hope those young ladies don't make anyone else feel horrible for being a human."
"I had a great experience here today! The help desk, phlebotomist, women’s doctors, and dental hygienists were all very sweet and had amazing attitudes! I got dizzy while drawing blood and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was okay. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and at ease here. Thank you guys!"
