"Not helpful at all I'm a 17 year old child who does not live with my mom and havent lived with her in over a year and somehow she's allowed to have the child support my dad sends to take care of ME and I don't see a dime of that I'm living in poverty while my mom gets to mooch off of her ex husband and use the money that's meant to take care of me to buy drugs. When my father called them months ago to figure out a way to get the money to me they told him the same thing they told me basically they couldn't do anything because the dependent doesn't receive child support. But what about the fact I'm not living with her? The money my dad sends every month is not for her to live off of its to take care of me and it's not being done. This system is so corrupt moral of the story is you can steal from your children you have nothing to do with and nothing will happen to you because the child support enforcement division DOES NOT CARE."
"Be more willing to go into the "trenches" for your employees. Let it be known to them that they do not need to be afraid to take off work for their own family. A passionate person is easier to spot amongst the exploited."
"the woman i spoke with on the phone was very nice and courteous. she was able to take my information quickly and answer my question very reasonable."
"I have been told this is the number I need to call and when I call I need to press zero to speak to a representative about my case. I have called this number 10 times and it just gives you numbers to different area's you may need. No one ever answers the phone. & you can never get ahold of anyone!"
"Very rude lady at the right in the children's division sat and talked on her cell phone while I sat there for 20 min. Didnt bother to help me."
