"ALERT PLEASE READ BEFORE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! Seems people working here and none of them know what they are doing nor care. Each time I have gone they were very nonchalant about getting the order ready (waiting in the curbside pickup for over 30 minutes is absolutely crazy. Today 3/1/2024 we pulled around to see about our order and was told "nobody was outside to get the order". What in the absolute hell? We waited in the correct pickup spot for over 30 min with no one coming to help us. We finally got our order after driving around and being accused of not being on the property to receive our order. Mind you, the burgers were to be impossible burgers, were incorrect. The burgers were wrong, they did not include our onion rings or any condiments we paid extra for either. The girl at the window was beyond rude and uncaring and just handed the bag at the window without apologizing or speaking to us, not to mentioned she yelled at us rudely to "JUST DRIVE AROUND TO THE WINDOW" through the drive thru speaker. I have been to this location 3 times, with the same experience each time. NEVER AGAIN BEWARE!!"

"Took our kid to eat and play in the play place since there ain’t many left, and it was extremely nasty. Crumbs everywhere, sticky stuff all over the floor, and hair all in it. It’s 3pm on a Monday so I know it ain’t too busy here to clean it."

"Ignored by staff. Finally ordered on the app. Took 15 minutes. Food was wrong. Then cold when replaced. Other customers had to be refunded due to time to get their order. Hire better staff."

"Got an original chicken sandwich, my favorite thing at BK is the zesty sauce. So my BF got nuggets. He ask can u pls make sure we get zesty sauce. Last time they gave us none when we asked. He gets home and there is literally one zesty sauce for nuggets n fries for two people. Not to mention the lettuce was literally brown. I had to pick it off and the chicken was so soft it tasted undercooked. I didn’t even eat."
