"She will challenge you, and tell you the truth. The one star reveiwers didn't like the truth, or challenge, I think."
"I was trying to make an appointment for a family member and Sue the manager told me she was unable to schedule because the patients parent did not speak English!! I asked if there were any interpreter services, she said no. She did not give me no options just said we wont be able to schedule due to parent not speaking English! I've been in the medical field for a while and we have never turned away a patient because of their languages. Super shocked and disappointment i had to come across something like this."
"I’ve gone to therapy at different stages of my life and have always had constructive sessions. Not the case here. You always hear people say “you might have to try a few out until you find a therapist that’s good for you.”, that never resonated with me until this time. I think I gave it 4 sessions or so and not once did I get the allotted amount of time that I (and insurance) was paying for. There were no strategies or homework or CBT. It felt like each session started as if I’d never been there before. If you have anxiety and/or depression save your money and go buy Anxiety for Dummies, Depression for Dummies and download the Calm app, she banks on these. I read too much about anxiety and depression every day to try and help myself, these resources didn’t make any difference. I will say, that the receptionist is an absolute angel and that was redeeming."
"Dr. Rayha has helped me open my eyes to a new world of possibilities. I struggle with anxiety and depression (and add) and she has helped me find the root of my issues. (Or at least one of them. I'm sure I have more. )She is honest and blunt which I needed. She talked with me and asks questions. She recommended great books that have really helped. She might not be the soft spoken, gentle therapist that I thought I wanted, but turns out she is exactly who I needed. I can see how some people wouldn't like her approach but it works for me! I would recommend her. Give it a couple visits before you judge."
"This woman advised my teenage daughter to get back in a relationship with an emotionally disturbed relative who had been emotionally and verbally abusive to my daughter. She told me, as a mother who loves and wants to protect my daughter, to stay out of it and let the child decide whether she wanted to get back in the relationship or not. This woman made one excuse after another for the abuser and even went so far as to blame my daughter for the interactions. Thank goodness we have enough sense not to listen to her. She has no business being a therapist, and I would go so far as to say she could be very dangerous to an emotionally weak patient who might be too confused to think straight and actually listen to her. DO NOT go to this woman."
