"I was referred to this facility by my doctor for counseling. They called and sent me emails over-and-over again trying to get me scheduled for an evaluation. After the evaluation, which was 2 months ago, I have not heard from them again except for 1 time when they called me for payment. I also want to mention that I provided my insurance information twice before billing, over the phone and through email, and when they called me for payment, they still didn't even have my insurance information applied to it. The guy on the phone was clueless about my insurance info and asked me to provide it again over the phone. Since then, I have not even been contacted with an updated bill. Getting in contact with someone at this facility is nearly impossible. If you are lucky enough to reach someone, they tell you that they'll call you back and then they never do. I still have not been contacted for a follow-up following my evaluation. In the time that I waited to hear back, I found a new counseling facility and have already completed 3 sessions. I would strongly recommend that those potentially seeking services here look elsewhere. Preferably, at a facility that is more organized, timely, and communicative."

"This place is literally HELL on earth. My wife went to this place and they NEVER sent her prescription to the pharmacy. After multiple calls, and almost two weeks of begging for a follow up, they kept telling us they would send the prescription, but nothing. Eventually, someone said that the medication was "denied" because they didn't feel "comfortable". Apparently, MERCEDES GARCIA (a manager) said my wife didn't need the medication... a medication my wife has been taking for years!!!! And a medication THEY THEMSELVES APPROVED DURING HER VISIT!!!! Then they had the audacity to HANG UP ON US as we were trying to get answers and ask what to do next. Satan himself would be nicer and more efficient!"

"My daughter had a virtual appointment scheduled today at 3pm with Dr. Thomas. We got on the meeting at 2:53 and we waited for the Dr to show up until 3:18. The doctor never showed to our appointment, so 18 minutes after our scheduled time we decided to hang up. If you’re going to be late at least have the curtesy to contact your patients. Edited to add: I finally receive a phone call 35 minutes after our scheduled appointment to start and the receptionist tells me “that Dr. Thomas is running a few minutes behind.” A phone call 35 minutes after is just not acceptable. I read numerous mixed reviews about this facility and decided to give them a try anyways because I can not get my daughter in anywhere else in my area right now. We stay an hour and a half away from this facility which is why we were giving it a chance virtually. Seriously if you are reading the reviews that are left with this facility and are still considering giving them a chance, just don’t."

"If you have the option to go ANYWHERE else go! After many calls to receive my foster child's evaluation after 2 months, nothing!! No call backs as promised and even got laughed at by the receptionist. The 5 minutes the psychiatrist spend on the child and analyzing a dosage is a joke! Psych Matters is the better choice for that, they actually run testing first! Please dont respond with a call corporate because I already have 6 times and so has CPS! By the looks of all the reviews, you need to be calling many clients back!! Update .... after sending an email as asked...No response!!!"

"Terrible. Some of the employees are nice but scheduling is horrible. They should find a better place to work in that is reflective of their hard work, this place take 1-2hours from your appointment time to see you. They will email you with balances that I have no idea where they come from. They are charging me a no show fee for an appointment I didn’t schedule as I’ve been busy with my newborn baby. All they care about is money. When you try to contact them they won’t answer but when they are trying to set you an appt they will be blasting your phone as well as when they need money from you. No I don’t want a future appointment with you guys. Y’all are just giving people a hard time for no reason. The price is too expensive for their low quality service."
