"I’m having a lot of problems with the delivery of packages because the delivery man always says that he has difficulty making the delivery, in the Address there are always people at home I don’t understand why he doesn’t leave the package in the mailbox or in the Garage I want the deliveries to be made and I don’t have to go to the post office for the packages. I’m very unhappy with the service offered"
"Delivered two very important packages to the wrong address and then proceeded to mention that the only thing I can do is file a claim online (hoping that they accept it). Hope they never have to experience what I have experienced!"
"Terrible service. Packages get damaged. They never deliver the packages if they are big and bulky. They will send a notification using an excuse like "the mailbox is full." Or "the driveway is blocked.""
"I have medicine that needs a signature and my postal driver does not knock on my door or ring my doorbell and I am home all the time there's no reason why she can't knock on the door and let me sign for my medicine instead of having my neighbor go up to the post office for me to get my medicine. She has to go to my front door anyway to put my mail in my mailbox. This is very bad business and a very lazy postal driver"
"I went in to get my son's passport. The front desk clerk argued with me that I had to pay for expedited shipping because I was requesting expedited processing and that the amount of my money order was wrong. She was incorrect, but very rude. Still received my son's passport. I also asked to send his birth certificate in a protective sleeve. She wouldn't do it and now it's damaged and ripped from shipping."
