"I ordered off the app. When order was brought out they forgot the chili dog then claimed they brought it out. They did not put the apple sauce side in my sons wacky pack, when I asked about it they said oh we are out do you want something else but only after I asked. When they finally brought out the chili dog it had so much mustard that’s all you could taste and they used two regular size buns instead of one footlong bun. Also no slushes"

"Lovington New Mexico's has to be the slowest Sonic in the world....ordering-wise. Several times I have pushed the red button....and been ignored. Service has always been very slow...if they acknowledge you at all. Today I drove up and pushed the button. Ten minutes later, my "please wait" message was deactivated. Today They deactivated it twice in twenty minutes, and during my twenty-plus minute wait, others pulled in, placed orders and got their food. I have actually had other customers ask if they could wait on me at another ...as they've arrived after me, and received food already. This location has had a recent facelift, but it is not worth a stop, for mediocre food. Now...Gabby, my server, was very prompt, after I finally...twenty five minutes later, was able to place an order."

"This place has gone down hill, I’d say the last 3-5 times I’ve been here in hopes of different results it has yet to change. Takes me 2 minutes to get home from the location. My coney was ice cold and the bun was soggy as if it had been sitting a while. The ice cream machine has been down the past 3 times as well, however McDonalds ice cream machine remains running flawlessly. Tonight will be the last time I return until I hear it’s gotten better and maybe I’ll rerun, better off taking the time and making my own at home."
