"Dr. Tinder has committed fraud concerning child custody evaluations. Dr. Tinder has used unethical practices to allocate funds. Dr. Tinder has violated agreements and breached contracts. Dr. Tinder has exploited the rules and ethics of the Family Courts. Dr Tinder has engaged in unsafe behaviors regarding children. Dr. Tinder's justification for these behaviors are claiming "people are upset because of my reports". Dr. Tinder dismisses allegations and attempts to downplay allegations by referencing the google reviews in a joking manner."

"I’m sure Dr. Tinder can see this review coming based off of my prior experiences with her. My legal case stemmed from child abuse against a my father and I had not seen him in 9 years. I made my case very clear to Dr. Tinder, as she was a crutial member of my case, that I did not want to see my father, nor did I want my sister to. (My sister also made it clear that it would stunt her emotional growth.) However, despite our needs, Dr. Tinder made a recommendation for reunification to occur, thus sending my sister and I through downward spirals. My parents did not know how to help me and I was sent to into recovery where I then aged out of the system. My complaint is not Dr. Tinder’s recommendation, but rather her ability to lie to my face. On my first visit she told me the “ball was in my court” on the pressing matter, when in reality, I never felt heard. She chose to take my abusers side and not that of the children’s. Her decision ultimately hurt my sister and I more than the battle that was occurring in my family. I would not recommend sending your children to Dr. Tinder, you’re doing more harm than good."

She did not investigate false allegations, her report had numerous mistakes and false info, she questions the kids and changes their answers, she will do anything for money and is easily influenced by her attorney friends. She should not be doing custody evaluations whatsoever! She is destroying families! Do not go to this woman!"
