"Billing is a mess. This is February 2024 and I just received an email that I have charges dating back to 2022 with a due date of today - despite me receiving a call from a receptionist leading up to my appointment to take in payment info prior to each 'visit'. This is perhaps the most incompetent billing department and moreover, all my '2 minute' phone conversations (just for prescriptions) were priced at ridiculously varied pricing points and not once was I actually seen by an MD. This is a sham of a practice, please stay away if you can help it"

"The providers are very nice, however I was told I had not been prescribed 90 day supplies previously, despite having my record in front of me. The provider I saw said she would only do 60 days, then proceeded to only send 30 days. After 11 days of consistent calling the other 30 days of the 60 were called in. If you are thinking of starting at this practice, you need to be on top of your prescription, otherwise you may be without medication for 2+ weeks potentially. I would not come back to this practice personally just based on the effort to get my prescription refilled. My provider was NP Angela Williams."

"First connection was pleasant Dr. G. Tonye. We agreed that the medication the hospital put me on was good for me. She said she would call in a refill because the hospital only gave me 2 weeks worth. Dr. Tonye did not refill my prescriptions. So I had no sleep meds for one night because the service doesn't return phone calls. I scheduled a 2nd appointment for the next day. Hopefully I will get my refills then."
