"This place is a big insurance scam. The presentation is really nice. They sell you a dream of what they can do for your child and what they will work on with your child. They are very secretive with daily information. They claim due to certain laws they can’t provide daily logs of what your child is learning or doing. In reality there is no true learning curriculum. The facility is ran like a day care with unqualified people that are just working for a check. If you don’t care about your child’s development and progression before they enter public school Action Behavior Center is a very expensive daycare. My child started there as a well mannered child that needed help in certain learning areas. He left with more issues than he came with. I’m very dissatisfied and I feel scammed. I repeatedly had to have meetings with the BCBA explaining my expectations which were never met."

"I adore the staff here. The way they care for these children is purely amazing! My little one is always eager to get here and see her friends and the staff. I’ve been kept in the loop every step of the way and the family guidance meetings are extremely helpful with tracking her progress. I cannot repay ABC for the difference they’ve made in my daughter’s life or my family’s life. Thank you all for doing great work with these precious children."

I didn’t have to be in a waiting list and the manager Venitra always help me with any questions and the insurance department is great too. "From day one, the staff has been superb and supportive. Autism and ABA therapy are new to us and this facility has helped us a lot on how to support our daughter's special needs. I love their attention to detail when it comes to our daughter's strengths (and weaknesses). She loves writing her ABC's and numbers so they got her a wallpaper blackboard. She loves her Little People and they got her a set. She knows her solar system so they got her a model. One time she didn't want her lunch and they Doordashed her a meal (with my permission). They always find a way how to navigate our daughter's stubbornness, behavior and speech issues. We also like our in-home guidance sessions and those weekend make-up sessions. Our daughter has significantly improved since she started in October and we are loving her milestones. We bumped into issues along the way but they were quick to take action. The staff is always accommodating and personable. Our child is lucky to have a dynamic and fun team working with her. Bonus; they have a big playground in the backyard with fresh air and trees, conducive for children (like our daughter) who like outdoors."
