"This Sugarland location will find their way to give you a hard time and screw you over anyway they could. They have been giving me wrong information several time. Lied to me right in front of me. Not scheduling me any appointments even I still have couple sections left. Told me that I could take other people spots. This shows me that they don’t care about their patients just looking for excuses to screw them over and give patients a hard time. They also leave A/C at very high temperature. Jincy also has very icy hands, maybe that is the reason they don’t turn the A/C on. I have hard time scheduling with them. This place is busy, so I had to schedule 2 weeks ahead of time. The front girl always told me if someone cancels, she would put me in right away which was a lie. Because when people from memorial location picked up the phone couple hours later, they put me in schedule right away. When I still have 5 insurance approved sessions left, they just won’t schedule me at all. She told me that I need doctor reevaluation even after my surgeon gave them a new order. I asked the front girl to call her manager, she won’t explain my situation, only told the manager that the patient want to schedule before doctor evaluation. Didn’t mention I had 5 sections left, and my surgeon just sent them my new order as well. Jincy even told me that I could take other patients spot. This statement just told that They just never admit their mistakes, even thought they know it is wrong. They just found excuses and lied straight up to cover it. This is very dangerous in the medical field. This habit will definitely harm their patients. Long story short, they just wont do it and claimed it is their policy which is not true cause their manager called me later told me that they should be able to schedule those 5 appointments and she helped scheduled them for Katy location. My personal feeling is that the employees from sugarland Location don’t care about their patients at all. They are not trying to work things out, basically their way or no way. The front girl gave me wrong information wasted me a trip there before as well. Just horrible experience. Just don’t go to this Sugarland location, they will find a way to screw you over just matter of time. Try to go to the Katy or memorial location, and avoiding Jincy as your physician would be your best bet. On the other hand, people from the memorial location are much more knowledgeable, care about patients, and always try their best to get issues solved. (Also helped with my insurance and coordinated with my pcp before, made my life much easier)"

"First off, I have to start by saying the convenience of this location is amazing for where I live. Next, I want to get into the staff here. I have been going here a little over a month now for ACL recovery and from Day 1 the staff has been so friendly and welcoming. Starting with Victoria the admin, she is awesome and every time I come in, she has a big smile on her face and she calls me by my name. She holds great conversation while I'm waiting to be called back. Then we have Jincy, who is such a great staff member. Again from Day 1, she has been friendly and welcoming. Although, the exercises and movements are tough, I appreciate the push she gives me because she knows I have goals/milestones I want to hit by a certain time frame. Alex is another amazing team member! She is so welcoming and friendly like the entire staff. She is always pushing me to keep going during my sessions. Portia, Aijish (I apologize if I butchered that), Noah, and the young lady from Thursday's (I apologize again for not remembering your name). The entire team is just amazing here. Although, physical therapy isn't the most fun thing to be doing. Coming to this facility and working with these individuals makes it much more enjoyable. I hate to say it but whenever I'm done with therapy, I will truly miss our conversations with the team. P.S. They need a treadmill for people like myself (ACL recovery) so we can practice running indoors."

All therapists and assistants are attentive and ensure to give the best care in order to get you back to your optimal self!
