"I had the worst experience with this company they literally canceled my daughter’s appointment 40 minutes before her appointment and said it was my fault because I didn’t Sign paperwork and then said I had more than enough time to fill out paper work thus putting more blame on me and when I explained to them I did not have no options of signing paperwork electronically Suzie still blamed me the client ! It’s rude and unprofessional my child literally missed her class for no reason and still wasn’t able to see a therapist! She literally started crying when I told her her appointment was cancelled. There not here to help there here to get money ! As a parent I will always make sure my child is being cared for and not going to a company that is so worried about money they will cancel an appointment even though it was already going to be covered they could have focused on that on the backend but instead they choose money first ! Parents just take heed of that when going with them"

"This place deserves a 0 star. They are not professional at all. They are probably not a legitimate business/facility. I emailed them requesting a appointment with someone named Delmy Barahona, they asked me to send all my information I did, and since then I never heard back from them anymore. I sent several emails with no response. Not recommend this place at all."
