"Disappointing customer service. Would not recommend if you're looking for a consult or evaluation from a PT. When I called to ask about "direct access," as advertised on their website, I was told I could not come in without a referral, which defeats the entire purpose of that legislation and reformed PT accessibility. I explicitly requested an initial consult without the expectation of long term treatment. The receptionist repeatedly told me that it was not something that they offered and that I did not understand. She was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and directly contradicted the clinic's online offerings. She also hung up on me and when I tried calling back, I was sent straight to voicemail."

My therapist was An Tran. The pain was intense and excruciating. This man is an angel. I worked diligently with him. The sessions were intense, sweaty, and painful but I believed in him. I had been wearing sneakers for months. Now, I am able to wear my shoes, walk with my son's dog twice a day, dance, do push-ups etc. I am not talking about a knee replacement for now. I highly recommend the location and An, a fantastic therapist!"
