"While our son's speech has improved, and the speech therapist who works with my son is well-qualified, I am disappointed that our appointments keep being cancelled on short notice. We have had 5 sessions scheduled so far, and 2 of those scheduled sessions were cancelled day-of due to illness. I would hope that if someone is sick, someone else could take over the duties so we can maintain our schedule."

"If you're looking to get your little one into spech therapy I highly recommend Sophia at Confident Kids Speech Therapy! She has performed several speech evaluations and sessions with my toddler. Her speech is improving with every session. Sophia is knowledgeable, professional and has such a positive, engaging demeanor that puts kids (and adults) at ease. She is highly creative and uses play based learning in her practice. The office is conveniently located off of 99 Grand Parkway and 59 South in Sugar Land. "We are so grateful for the amount of good quality service. My son is receiving at this therapy with. All the therapies are amazing over here, but specially Miss Amanda, who works with my son she is absolutely fabulous within short time. We were able to see significant improvement in my sons overall communication, behavior and speech as a parent I was very frustrated because my son and I were not able to understand each other and now we are able to communicate very easily and all the trips we made to this speech therpy is all worth it and I would do it all over again if I have to. "I have 2 small boys. One is on the spectrum and the other has delayed speech. I was referred to Confident Kids by my kids' pediatrician. The owner, Melody, is absolutely amazing. Her approach to a rather concerning matter with your children will be put to ease once you talk with her. During my son's evaluation, she was extremely patient, thorough, professional and incredibly knowledgeable on speech delay and offered key, specific details on their plans to help my boys talk. I am extremely confident in their ability to help us and I am glad we chose her establishment. I have not met Ashanty in person yet, my kids' speech pathologist but she is very easily accessible and sends us updates regularly via text. We have heard great things about her from staff at our kids' schools and so far, we are happy with her. The desk staff, (I've primarily communicated with Cammie) is also amazing. Very responsive and easily accessible, (you can even text with them!) Scheduling was a breeze and I appreciate the great customer service and professionalism.
