"My niece and I visited Renewing Hope to inquire about some information and from the moment we walked in, Kristie was positive, had a smile on her face, and made us feel like we were the only clients in the room. She was able to answer all of our questions and we never felt like we were an imposition. From the interaction we had with her, we'll definitely be back."

"I will give our counselor Jagdeep there 5 start. We like his method to approach and the sessions with him really help the relationship of me and my husband. But I have to give 1 start to the operation team of the office. Especially Mia the insurance/billing lady. She is the least helpful person I have ever had in any doctors office. She submitted our claim to the wrong counselor code and after the claim got rejected, she did not try to address it instead she just charged the full amount to our credit card on file. After we found out the credit card bills, she didn't respond the email we sent for status updates. I would highly appreciate if the place changes the operation team to truly helpful for the patients."

"I have been having regular sessions with Mr. Gary Russell since November 2020. I have learned much about myself and obtained helpful resources from Gary in order to be the better version of myself. My experience is that counseling will work well only if I spend LOTS of time (at least 1-2 hours each day on average) to reflect, journal, and read AND digest the reading materials in between the sessions. "The most disorganized group of individuals. I understand that it is covid, and we do need to give businesses some grace but this was just unprofessional on all sides. I waited in the waiting room 15 minutes after my appointment time, then the clerk realized that I needed to fill out new forms (even though I've already been a patient, and shouldn't she have checked the forms when I first got there?) To add insult to injury, they insisted I pay a higher amount but I would not get a full hour. They didn't even suggest that I come early to fill out the forms as to avoid this mess. I was simply out of luck. To go from, "I need to get something off my chest and talk to my therapist" to this, was almost insulting."

"I just began services their for both my son and myself. Ms. Alice is the sweetest person I have met, and she is breaking the ice that is so hard to break with my son. Ms. Morris has brought back hope that things will be ok in my life. I find her to be so encouraging. First time I contacted the office Ms. Mia made me laugh, something I don't do much of.
