"If it wasn’t for my actual therapist Rosalyn I would have given 1 star. She is great but her team lacks communication. They never follow up as therapist advised for the next appointments. I’ve given this business several chances to make my experience better and just when I think things are going smoothly because of new employees it fails. I shouldn’t have to follow up for my next appointments. Im use to therapists booking it towards the end of the session but this isn’t my practice. Hopefully things get better but as of today I’m with another practice. Best of luck"
