"First time here to check out the self wash for my puppy. The area was clean. They provided everything I needed to get the job done - apron, shampoo, conditioner, soap comb gripper, towel, and detangler comb. They have 3 self clean tubs with 2 drying stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a deal for 5 self washes for $35 if you ask for that deal when paying, which I opted for since my experience was pleasant. Regular price self wash is $10. Overall great experience, highly recommend if you have pets and need a pet store to groom or shop at in the Katy area."
