"Called to book and only found a spot after 4 weeks. I took the spot which was scheduled for Monday. Being in so much pain I was looking forward to my appointment. I got a call on Friday afternoon telling me that they didn’t have a floor therapist at the katy location. Did they need 4 weeks to review my file to let me know they couldn’t help me? They could have saved me 4 weeks of pain had they reviewed my referral when they booked me."

"My Physical Therapist, Paolo Valera, has been a great help in my recovery from full knee replacement surgery. He seems to genuinely care about my progress and is pushing me just the right amount to achieve steady progress, with targeted exercises."

"I decided to switch Select Physical locations simply because I didn't feel the first location (Cypress) were consistent and as attentive. My first day here at the Katy location on S. Mason was horrible. The therapist PAULO was extremely loud, rude, and arrogant to say the least. (By the way, I observed him whispering at one point during my session so I'm not so sure why he was extremely loud.) What made him arrogant is he mentioned he didn't have access to my most recent MRI at this location, however, he went on to say "nothing is torn, nothing is damaged". I stopped him there and asked how he could be so sure. He wasn't. He assumed. Why is a physical therapist content working with any patient without seeing his/her physician's orders? He apparently didn't care. I didn't care for his snarky remarks, when I asked questions about MY treatments. Also his breath was outright offensive! There's so many red flags with my experiences at Select Physical Therapy in general. I refuse to pay a copay + allow my insurance provider to pay a company's who lack empathy, professionalism, and soft people skills. Giving this place one extra star because the other staff seemed nice"
