"I’m very disappointed in Lifestance Health. At first it was fine. Now my Dr. has been out on medical leave for 7 months. They sent me to an NP who was horrible! I’ve been calling for the last 3 months to try to talk to someone to get a medication refilled that the NP messed up. No one ever answers or returns my messages. I’ve also been trying all day just to schedule a new appointment so I can get my meds & no one answers or returns my messages. This is unacceptable when they are dealing with people’s mental health. I am now looking for a new provider, hopefully one I can trust."

"Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this office. I scheduled an appointment. It was confirmed the day before. When I showed up for my appointment I was informed they had canceled it. They didn't think it was important to call me and notify me. I take off work for this but I guess my time is not important. If we don't show up then we get charged a no show fee but the same respect is not given in return."

"I had rated this place 5 stars, but I'm here to change it due to their billing department. Kyung Lee was amazing, but unfortunately the billing department charges my credit card without my consent. They have pulled over $800 out of my account with no explanation or itemized bill. No paper bill in the mail, nothing. I have been calling the billing department for the past 3 weeks to try to fix this, but they have been basically shrugging saying there is no explanation on their end and they'll just have to put an inquiry on the account. I have received no follow up, no refund, no explanation. Needless to say I am done here. Be careful using a card with them."
