"I am an Engineer by trade and as such I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, often with poor (sometimes VERY poor) posture. Through my 20s and early 30s this didn't really cause me any issues until April of 2023 (age 36) when I started experiencing severe pain on my right side and upper back.
