"My last counselor did nothing literally especially compared to Suzanne Balka whose motto seems to be “I want to teach you to be your own counselor and give you the tools you need” which I love. She lets me vent when that is what I need and we work on different things that I need help with or new techniques to cope better (tools). I’ve seen therapist and psychiatrist for 20 yrs now and she by far is the most welcoming and productive at the same time.
