"The majority of the staff at Texas Speech and ABA Therapy were very caring and nurturing to my son. They ensured he had the most success with his therapy treatment. I did notice some improvement in some of his behaviors over time. There was a high turnover rate as he had numerous therapists some that I had never seen before or didn't see again after awhile. He also had a few different lead BCBA's, but thankfully he adapted to the changes well. I will say I had a few issues with communication with the billing department when I had payments that didn't draft, drafted for the incorrect amount and the response time for questions I had regarding payments was slow or at times unresponsive. Overall, my son enjoyed his experience there and his treatment plan was beneficial in areas that he needed improvement in behavior, speech and occupational therapy. It has helped his transition back into the public school setting."

"Walked into my appointment then to be told I was given a call and told I needed to reschedule because a authorization had not been obtained and it takes 24-48 hours to be approved. When I had originally been in for a tour in October and scheduled to come back in December which gave these people plenty of time to submit a PA request! Spoke with a representative the day before my appointment and she was letting me know my monthly payment and not once did she mention a PA had not been received. I have been seeking services for my son a long while now. This is very unprofessional and it’s better that this happened now than having issues later. Sounds like this facility is very unorganized!!!"
