"Rather dissatisfied. Tried to buy a bottle of whiskey, which was just anointed whiskey of the year. I understand this was a headwind, but upon google search it seemed probable. After my follow up call they said it was a mess up, and only had 7 bottles. They also told me they had “187 orders” from November- and only had 7 bottles. I was offered to be placed on the notification list- being I ordered 12-7; and got order confirmation ( so I didn’t search further to procure my sprit) I cancelled my order…. Why would they have 7 bottles in stock on December 6…. But 180 some orders not filled from A month ago. If you’re looking for high end/rare spirits- don’t rely on this company. By the time you think you bought it…. “They were about to call all the ppl that ordered it to inform its zero stock”—- I had to call. If you have “seven bottles in stock as of 12/6; but 186 orders placed in November “. Maybe don’t list it on your website as available. Or only sell on premise to your VIPs Ye old bait n switch"
