"Truly a "full service beverage store". The large selection and plenty of parking sort of go without saying, but they have that covered. What really sets this place, and this location in particular, apart are the staff. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and _available_. We never had to look around for more than a minute to find someone to ask questions, and even when they were busy they worked hard to get us answers. Definitely worth driving a little extra for."

"I purchased several bottles of specialty wines from Spain. While the manager was great at finding what I wanted, the female attendant I first talked to seemed too bothered by my question and unhelpful. If I bring my business again here, I will directly ask the manager."

"I come here many times to buy a great collection of alcohol. The staff is good. The reason behind giving three stars is that I was here last night and I picked up some mix and match beers in that one beer was expired in November 2022. Being such a big store with a big staff this kind of errors should not happen. I went back today to return the beer and Manager accepted it and asked me to pick another one as if it's not a big deal. Other than that overall its good."

The sampling stations always are a treat also staff with enthusiastic people too (they work for a tasting company) the selection of beverages is top notch and there is a lot of variety between the different stores. So its always a great surprise to experience each stores character."
