"I’ve been seeing Dr. Hinthorn for over a year now and I have constantly had problems with the girls at the front desk. They are rude, never answer the phones and always have issues with scheduling. Dr. Hinthorn himself is a good doctor, but awful at business/customer service. I tried calling this Monday to reschedule and (go figure, nobody answers). I also text them on Monday with over 24 hours notice to reschedule to no avail. I called Tuesday morning and let them know I need to reschedule and they said they are going to charge me regardless of the notice because for them Labor Day is not a business day. I asked if they could waive this fee and reschedule being that I requested to reschedule over 24 hours ago and they said no even though this is at their discretion, and I’ve never had to rescheduled before."

"Dr. Hinthorn has been wonderful. I’ve seen comments here about rude staff and receptionists deciding treatment but I feel that is false information. They have been nothing but helpful and professional in my experience and handled my case with great care and concern."

"Two words. Medical Negligence. They give you medication and get you all addicted and then when you run out little Miss Danielle says "well tough it out for 7 days of withdrawal until the doctor can see you, or go to an addiction facility". Danielle the secretary is deciding treatment plans at this facility. Go somewhere else. As for me, I am going straight to this man's medical board for allowing little Miss Danielle to dictate medical care decisions. Mis Danielle is a secretary with no medical experience and is practicing at this facility without a medical license. Oh heck no."

"Horrible horrible service. Does not send patient reminders, takes zero accountability and actively refuses to submit refills for prescriptions or you have to hound them to submit them to the pharmacy. Horribly rude office staff. *the provider themselves is thorough in his evaluation and accurate in prescriptions and diagnosis. His staff does not care about their patients and does not do their due diligence in ensuring care. We go weeks without medication at a time at the end of the refill period and they do not send reminders, notifications or advise you of when you need to make an appointment nearing the end of your medication. They do not send appointment reminders & then BERATE you for having to book a month out with zero solutions. They will get an attitude when you ask for a solution & worse when you provide feedback about their shortcomings. They do not send medication refills at the end of your appointment, you have to call the next day to see if they bothered to send it in. They do not care about the severity or side effects or withdraws of medications."
