It's odd because it's only the cypress Texas children's even their urgent care. In Fairfield. But the ones in humble and Kingwood locations are amazing! 9/10 for the doctors at cypress but the office staff gets 0. They definitely make the doctors look bad."

"It has taken me almost three months just to get this office to send the referral for my son's therapy. Every single time I call, they say they will give the message to the nurse or doctor and never does. My child has had to miss out on months of therapy because of this office. Definitely would not recommend if your child needs any kind of referral for therapy. Time is of the essence for small children with special needs. This office caused me to waste precious time that I cannot get back."

"Told us my son had a 24hr stomach bug and didn’t bother testing him for RSV. Had to wait 2 days to end up in a TC Emergency room and find out after 4 hours to be seen."

"UPDATE: 9 months since our last visit and I am impressed by the customer service this morning. Ms. Alicia the receptionist was kind and welcoming. She had a genuine smile on her face. Thank you Ms. Alicia for your kind customer service. Wish more people were like you. PREVIOUS REVIEW: The physician my boys are seen by is amazing. However, front desk customer service is terrible. They are beyond rude. I keep coming here strictly for the humbling and compassionate care Dr. Maldonado provides."

"I am so sad that I have to put a 1 as my review. My child has been coming here for a long time and we love the physicians but lately I have been having problems getting my son in because he is very sick. The last few times I have talked to a Sonya and she has told me sorry we don't have any appointments opened until next week for your sick child, you might have to go to the emergency room. I think this is ridiculous that there is no slots open for sick kids at all. This is my second time that I will have to take my child to see the emergency room doctor because my own office doctor can't see him. Anyway, I had to let people know just in case you don't want to go through this hassle with your sick child."
