"We just started here and the counselors have been good so far. But I do also have to complain about management. They can not seem to get our insurance correct. We have told them about it but they still get it wrong and overcharge us. Be warned they charge you before you actually show up for your appointment. Which I still cannot understand. Our hope is they will eventually get it right, but just know they have issues."
"Only a good few counselors here, anything above that, meaning supervisors or management is horrible. You ask for follow up because it’s a supervisor issue, there is no follow up from a supervisor. Isela Saripella is the supervisor for most counselors and she likes to avoid follow up and explanation to her clients. Moreover, you leave countless of voicemails and send emails, most of her staff simply says they will send a message for her to reach out. No type of communication established or follow up. Her customer service is subpar, displays no importance or care for her clients unless it affects her business. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
