"Edit to previous review: Well it’s been a few months and I’m very satisfied with Speech therapy plus. The therapist here are absolutely amazing! My son adores Every single one of them and looks forward to his sessions. He started non verbal and now he’s saying words and recently a whole sentence oh and he’s learned a little sign language. I’ve seen a dramatic improvement in him , I’m very grateful to the staff here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 5 stars thus far. My son saw his pediatrician for speech therapy referral today at 11am. They faxed the referral to Speech therapy plus and I received a call from Speech therapy plus at 7pm today (same day) the kind and professional woman on the phone explained the process and covered other important details like having our records together , missed appointments ect. So far I’m very pleased with their services. I’m looking forward to working with them to help my son."

"This is NOT a great place to take your child for speech therapy! They are not great at working with you for time slots and love to charge the $30 fee without sending confirmation texts. I had changed my child’s schedule and would usually get a confirmation message regarding it. They did not send it and when the time came for the appointment they then called and charged me for missing my appointment. Poor service!"

"UPDATE: After two months, and only after this review was posted, did I receive a phone call from them. I’m curious to know if I ever would have received a call in regards to my inquiry about scheduling an evaluation/appointments had I not posted this. I’m disappointed to give this place one star as I was really excited for my son to start speech therapy here. However, the communication and process it has been to get an evaluation scheduled has been extremely frustrating. I initially inquired to get an appointment set up for my son a month ago. Sent in the pediatrician referral and insurance information the same day I first called. I did not here anything back for a week, not even an email responding saying they received my documentation. Since then, I have called multiple times and each time I get a different update regarding my son’s file. The last time I called (almost two weeks ago), I was told that they weren’t sure the status of his file but that he’d be put at the top of the list and I’d get a call within the next 24 hours… no call was made. That was the second time I had been promised a phone call that never came through. Extremely disappointed in this experience. My pediatrician has also been informed and is debating taking them off their referral list."

"I brought my son here when he was 4 years old for help with his articulation. We had previously received speech therapy through our school district and he was not making any progress. After only a few months of therapy at Speech Therapy Plus, his articulation was perfect and I was thrilled!!! That is why I wanted to share this review with everyone. Additionally, my son and I were always treated with love & respect here and we cannot say enough nice things about the people at Speech Therapy Plus (in fact, we drove several miles, past several other speech therapy places to come here). My son looked forward to his therapy sessions and was very sad when he no longer needed them - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
