"Appointments change non stop. The 11am appointment today is late, I got here at 10:30 to be on time.its now 11:25. I was asked if I had any product in my hair or if I took medication in the last 24 hours? Would have been great to know I wasn’t supposed to do any of that prior to walking in the office! The doctor needed to reschedule my last apt. I didn’t have an option. I missed an apt prior to that (I didn’t know I had) and got charged $75.00. Double standard much?"
