"This company charged us for a delivery that they could not deliver due to the equipment's weight. Took the item back to their warehouse and our company had to pick it up. No refund, no credit, nothing. We refuse to use XPO for any delivery service moving forward."

"Driver arrived outside of the delivery window and did not call saying he was on his way. I was told I had a 15 minute window to greet the driver and off load. When the driver arrived he did not call, waited 15 minutes before calling and when I went out to greet got upset that it had been 15 minutes and drove off. The driver then lied to the manager and said he waited over 30 minutes, a lie as we have video footage of his time spent there. When I called to reschedule they insisted on a redelivery fee and storage fee. Stay away from this company, it's a scam. They hold your delivery hostage so they can get those extra delivery and storage fees and they are extremely unprofessional."

"They rescheduled my Amazon delivery but annotated that they attempted to deliver which is a lie (I saved that entire days recording). So I called them to figure out what was going on and their call center is in the Philippines, so the lady had no clue on what she was doing. They rescheduled me at their convenience without allowing me to check my calendar.I let Amazon know that they where lying on their updates, at which point Amazon tried reaching out and was treated the same way. This company should NOT be in business, since it doesn't care about its day to day operations."

"Be sure to block out your whole day if you are expecting a delivery from this company. And a back up day in case they cancel or did not bring parts. Getting a delivery from this company has been a nightmare for me. First time they cancelled my delivery without notifying me - I had to call them to find out my delivery was moved. Second time they came an hour and a half earlier than the time window they gave me with just 15 minute notice and luckily I happened to be at home but they were calling the next customer and threatening them they had 30 minutes to meet them or they won't be getting their delivery today. (literally how is this okay). On top of that they came without necessary parts for installation stating the parts were just out of stock requiring me to schedule another day to be at home for this installation. Third time they didn't show up in the given time window and now it's 2 hours past the window with no update on when - I called and was told to just wait forever until they come. So here I am writing this review waiting. Update it is 10pm and I am still waiting with call center saying they are still out for service. Seems like they will come at midnight."

"If I could get XPO Logistics 10 stars I would. This is one of the best customer service experiences related to a delivery that we have ever had. The communication was exceptional. We were notified even before our appliance had shipped that they were on the lookout for it and would notify of us once received so we could schedule delivery. During this time of Covid having our refrigerator go out was quite a nuisance. We needed a counter depth model and a very specific width due to the space allocated ---so short of tearing down the kitchen we had to find one that met those requirements. This made it very challenging to find a refrigerator that could be delivered without a months long delay. We knew that delivery and installation came along with the price but did not know that XPO Logistics would be the carrier. Boy did we luck out!! The delivery was scheduled for September 17th , 2020 by the big box store as that when they anticipated it would ship from the manufacture and get XPO Logistics. I was super excited because I figured that might mean an earlier delivery. Sure enough two days after we were notified of the shipment, I heard from XPO Logistics letting me know that our appliance was there and they were ready to schedule delivery. They telephoned me and left a message as well as texting me. They used this method of communication throughout the duration of our service from them. I could hardly believe it. I don't think I've ever had anyone over communicating related to a delivery and I certainly didn't consider this too much... but I was so happy that it looked like things were moving forward and we would receive our new refrigerator before the 17th and they were keeping me updated DAILY!! I called them, the same day they notified me and we scheduled delivery for today 10th of September. They advised that the day before they would call (and send a text message) as to the four hour window of time we could expect the delivery to be made. This is simply their process. I did not have to ask or beg or cajole!! XPO Logistics Delivery let me know that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the actual delivery. That allows me to crate our dog and get the few things that I was still keeping in the refrigerator out and onto the counter. I might add that all along the way there were options to call and change the delivery date and/or time but of course I was delighted to have it early! I am happy to say that today I received a call notifying me that they would be at our home in 20 to 30 minutes to deliver our refrigerator. And, that is exactly what happened. They confirmed they would be picking up our old refrigerator. They anticipated installing the new refrigerator with a new water connection. I have never experienced a team of 2 gentleman that were so extremely efficient and extremely polite. He immediately unhooked the old refrigerator and relocated it across the kitchen and out-of-the-way, in the meanwhile the other gentleman unloaded the refrigerator from the truck and brought it into the house. Together they placed it and hooked up the water. They removed the exterior protection and also had me come over and inspect the refrigerator. At that time they took a small wrench and lowered the front legs so that the refrigerator was stable and that I would understand that those legs would have to be moved back up before pulling the refrigerator out for cleaning or I could accidentally pull it over on myself. They explained the process for making sure that the water was clean and the ice as well and not contaminated before we would use it. They then removed the old refrigerator and all the parts. This whole process took less than 30 minutes. I could hardly believe it, but I guess that's what happens when you know what you're doing! I highly recommend XPO Logistics delivery, in fact if we ever need another delivery I will be asking if the carrier utilizes their service as they would certainly be our preference!!! Thanks so much for a job well done and getting my newrefrigerator here nearly a week early!!!"
