"I booked a month in advance to have my car transported. 3 days before the date I needed it picked up they called claiming they were having a hard time finding drivers for that day, I said I was flexible with any day but just needed it picked up by Sunday in order to catch a flight the next morning. Nobody ever came to pick up my car and I had no communication about them no longer coming. I had to personally call to see where the truck was and that is when I was informed that the truck could no longer come. I understand they work with contracting trucking companies but I did not hear from Flix or the contracting company. I ended up missing my flight and having to drive my car 17 hours myself due to no one showing up. Again, I booked this a month in advanced, said I was flexible with dates, and they still could not provide the service."
