"They scheduled us for Tuesday. Then the week before, they rescheduled for Monday morning. Then an hour before the appt they asked if we are ok with rescheduling for the afternoon. We told them no. Then they rescheduled anyways. Red flags. I took the day off work, rescheduled two appointments after the first reschedule, had to get a babysitter, who had to take the day off work, all to have our rescheduled appt rescheduled again. We declined the second reschedule and will be finding another location."

"Horrible location. Blatantly lies just to get your money,told me they had case workers here and there are none just counseling and amateur psychiatrists no case managers what so ever. As well if that wasn't enough, they don't keep their appointments on time and half the time can't answer the phone if it's an emergency."

"Positives: my provider is amazing. She’s extremely intuitive and knows how to keep me focused on the goals. Negatives: literally everything else. They’ve had my second referral since November that they still won’t schedule. They have charged visits for my first referral to my second one (that I haven’t even seen a provider for yet). I’ve spoken to multiple people but nobody can seem to figure out how to do what they promised, or a bare minimum, what they are paid to do."

"I was recommended this place by my daughters therapist back in October and have not once spoken to any staff. I have called multiple times, left so many messages, even requested an appt online and have never gotten a call or message back! I'm the 9th person to leave a review and only one other has left an explanation and said the scheduling process was terrible, the others I think are fake 5 stars or just the staff themselves. just based on this alone I wouldn't recommend it, seeing as this is for mental health... great way to treat people."
