"This company has the WORST customer service EVER! We ordered a stand alone bath tub for our master bath from Lowe's - with Estes being the first delivery company and then A&A the company within Austin to deliver it to our home. Two days ago a large dresser was dropped off on our driveway from Estes that was not ours. As a matter of fact, the person it was supposed to go to lived 15 minutes away - nowhere close to where we lived. This occurred around 10 a.m. I called the company immediately and apparently our bath tub was at this person's location - in a not so desirable neighborhood. They told us that they wouldn't be able to pick the items up until the NEXT DAY! To make matters even worse, we found out that our bath tub was at a demolished, vacant home. To make matters even WORSE, when they went to get our bath tub - 36 hours later mind you - it was GONE. Imagine that?! A beautiful, brand new bath tub that sat out by the street in front of a demolished home had been stolen??!! Exactly what we were afraid of. We called A&A and they were definitely avoiding us. We finally were able to speak to a manager and their solution for us was to file a CLAIM! ZERO accountability whatsoever. They basically told us to call Lowe's and order another bath tub. That's it. It was our problem. This is the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I am also calling Estes and Lowe's and tell them that they would be wise to choose another delivery company."

"Worst service and costumer service. Our delivery was a nightmare. They never called to give notice. They showed up and delivered two big extremely heavy vanities and left them outside my driveway. Yes, they call that there were on site, but I wasn’t at home and unfortunately didn’t have my phone with me. I called the representative Melissa, and she was rude and lack of sympathy. I expressed to her that i need help moving items away to take my car away from the driveway and she care less about the situation! Home Depot do not work with this company! The experience was awful!"
