"My second experience with this business didn’t go as pleasant as the first experience. I thought I had found the perfect place but sadly when I picked my dog up on Friday afternoon she smelled worst than before (which she didn’t smell at all when I dropped her off). She had the most awful foul smell and her paws was dirty. Once I got her home I noticed one of eyes was swollen and the next day she could barely open it. I’m not sure if soap got in it or what. I called back to let them know how she smelled awful and was told I could bring her back for them to run her through the bath for 2 SECONDS! I am just disgusted by this and definitely won’t take my dog back again."

"Love the groomers and owners here. Always very friendly. I have tried many places and found that the dogs were afraid to go in on their second visit. My dogs LOVE this place. They dont hesitate walking in and willingly go with the staff to the back. That makes me feel good about the place. My one request would be able to get a pickup time at the time of dropoff instead of having to wait for them to call me. Though, most places I have been to operate the same way."
