"I so Love working with this company. Therapy Associates run an AWESOME LPC Review Program. I took my 1st NCE and failed. Then I meet Suzanne Davis-Thomas LPC from Therapy Associates and took one of their training courses and Nailed the NCE. That was 6 years ago. Now I'm back and so excited to do my LPC-S training with them. I know I'm in good hands. This team of therapist are Professional, Knowledgeable, and ALWAYS happy to answer questions. I'm so excited to learn from them again. I'm looking forward to this journey. Dr. Valencia Campbell-Chapin, LPC, RPT, LCDC"
"This is a long review because so much has happened. This review is geared towards Suzanne Thomas as I have had no interaction with Sue Clifford. First, let me start by saying, I spoke with several colleagues who stated that they used the services of Wellsprings to help pass the NCE. I decided to make a sacrifice and discussed with husband spending 350.00 to invest in what I thought would help me to finally pass the test. Mind you I was scheduled to take exam of 9/17 so I rescheduled (50.00 fee) to another date so that I could attend the course that was scheduled on 09/17. I paid for the course on 9/3. According to the website, you cannot register for course a week before the test, and you will receive material a week before the day of the course. Well, by 9/10, I begin to worry because I had not received any material. On 9/12, I reached out to see when I would have material. I receive a message from Suzanne that I will receive material on tomorrow, however, send did not sent book for course until Tuesday 9/13. Every day I asked for a tracking number and never got a response for tracking until Thursday 9/15. The tracking number was wrong, and she stated she typed the number wrong. When I did receive the right number, the delivery date was Friday 9/16. I received binder on 9/16 about 7pm. The next day was the day of the course. I began reaching out to the contacts that were available which were email from the site, Suzanne’s cell number. I emailed, texted, called, video chat to get a link to login to the course. All failed attempts. Per website: the link would be sent 1 week prior to the day of course. About 12 on the day of the course I sent a email for a return call informing how we could fix this and requesting a refund if this could not be resolved. The caused anxiety, frustration, and sadness. Because I won’t nothing more than to finally pass this exam. About 10:30 eastern time, Suzanne called and rambled and used word salad for about 20 minutes. She stated, “How can I make this right, if you would like a refund and send the book back, we can do that”. She went back and forth sending the material back or just keeping the material. She also stated that she sent the link at the same time she messaged me the tracking number. Which was not true, and I have yet to see the email that she says she sent. We decided I would think about what I wanted to do and get back with her. I text her on 9/19 stating I would like a refund and how does the process work. She stated she will refund once she received the book. First, I did not think it was fair I had to pay for shipping cost when I never used the book. Secondly, she dropped the ball and did not want to own up to her mistake. Finally, she stated she would send money via Paypal after 24 hours again of her not owning up to her mistake. Finally, she sent the money 354.00 on 9/20, which she stated she sent 4.00 for postage. Only 300.00 was available and on 10/5. I received a message stating that she filed a claim against me in the amount 365.00. I submitted all documents, emails, and texts regarding this issue. I messaged her 10/7/22 about this, and she states, and I quote “good morning, I contacted paypal the other day and told them the dispute was in error. I had another change in question. I will contact them again today. Have you sent the book back? I haven’t seen it; I will be sure I call them again today”. I never experienced anything like this. I have been in Dr. Pam bootcamps before, and everything has ran so smoothly. This has caused emotional, mental and financially distress. I am currently grieving the loss of my mother along with scheduling and consultation with our lawyer to see how to move forward with this issue. I have also had to take time while at work to send documents to Paypal and lawyer for her claim. I hope no one else have the experience I've had. Hopefully, I will pass the NCE on my own."
